Channel 200 News Mix - trouble choosing panes
I had no trouble switching panes in the News Mix (Ch200) by using the arrow keys on my remote until a week or so ago. Now the arrow keys no longer work. What gives?

This is a public forum of other customers so we have no control over any issues with the News Mix panes or arrowing down/left/right.
Does your remote arrow keys work generally in the Guide and elsewhere? What is the receiver model and remote model? Have you tried a red button reset (side by the access card for HR54 series or front where it states “PUSH”)?

Usually resetting the DVR will fix this. Red button near the access card.
