Channel 4 station

This is going on a month now without this station and until its resolved I will not be making a payment. The amount of money I pay I should have all the channels I'm paying for, especially when it's a major network. Absolutley ridiculous! Obviously not working hard enough it's been going on this long, if you really cared about customer service and providing fir your customers negotiations wouldn't have lasted this long!!! I'll give it a week and will be changing providers. Not to mention customers should be compensated in there monthly bill!
