Channel 71 news mix
Until just recently we’ve been able to pick any of the six screen shots by pushing the selection arrows on our remote. Now we cannot do that and the news choice is stuck on CNN. What can I do to change it back to the way it was? Thanks for your help.

Several people on the forum seem to be having this issue, so it is on DIRECTV's side as far as firmware bugs and the issue should be fixed in the forseeable future (couple days.)

Yesterday I had to restart my Genie once. Today I had to restart "twice" to get NEWSMIX functionality back.
