Channel line up

How long will DirecTV customers in the North West pay for channels that are not provided to them (Fox, NBC and other channels)?  I'm sure I'm not the only one that is displeased with paying for a selected channel line up that does not include the channels listed on the selected line up.  Sure the contract states "subject to change", because  DirecTV knows they cannot guarantee they will be able to provide a selected channel due to contractual agreements.  Can DirecTV credit a percentage back to my account for the unavailable channels?

I was upset Monday when I returned from a trip to find my local NBC station had been blocked. This is in addition to the local FOX station not being available for SIX MONTHS. I called DTV to express my frustration and was offered NFL programming for free. I wasn't interested so they came back with a 50% one month credit to my account which I accepted but will be looking at alternative providers if this isn't remedied within the next 30 days. DTV customer since 2001.
