Channels 104,105,106

Cannot see these channels on my app so I cannot set up to record

Hi There @Tmogiantman,

 

Unable to record channel 104,105,106? We can help with that.

 

Those channels are the DirecTV Cinema and PPV(Pay Per View) Events channels. The content will need to be purchased first before you can see the channel. Have you made the purchases for the content that you want to record?

 Channels 104, 105, 106 are the 4K channels. I have them in my package and cannot see them on my channels  List on my DIRECTV app. That is what I am asking about. I cannot click on them and therefore cannot record. Additionally, I cannot even see what is on.
