Choice package vs Entertainment
Why would the Entertainment package include Hallmark Mystery Channel 565 and the Choice would not; I would think it would be the other way around.

We're sorry for any confusion about the availability of a specific channel in a package, @Trishofboston. Programming packages address specific entertainment needs, such as the ENTERTAINMENT package (family-friendly channels, general/lifestyle entertainment, and limited sports). The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries (HM&M) channel is a unique one.
Previously the only way to get it was in the Movies Extra Pack (old name: HD Extra Pack). A few years ago it was added to Select, Entertainment, and Premier. There was no announcement, it just happened.
This is the deal they got with the channel owner, but why that odd spread of packages is unknown. Though you can still add on the little pack of channels if you aren't going to be in a package that includes it.
