Closed cap

When watching an on demand movie closed captioning goes off after every commercial.  I have to pause and leave AT&T Direct TV NOW and reset closed cap.  Most of the time when I restart the movie it starts earlier than I paused it.  It plays till it gets to the commercial where it was originally paused and I lose closed cap again.

I stream AT&T with ROKU's on two TV's.  This is a problem on both.  This does not occur when I stream ROKU, TUBI or Sony Crackles movies.
