closed caption

What is going on with closed captioning? I only get about half of the dialogue. It wasn't like this until recently.

closed captioning is handled by the network sometimes the speaking is too fast for closed captioning to keep up. I see this a lot at restaurants missing dialogue

I was able to solve the problem by resetting my receiver.
