Code 100

Receiving a code 100 when trying to activate my iPad. Would the latest update have any effect? I did not have this issue before the update.

Hi @eb62981!

We'd like to share some troubleshooting steps that you can try to fix the issues with your iPhone:

1. Clear the cache and cookies on your iPhone.
2. Make sure that you're using the last version of the DIRECTV app, you can uninstall the app and then reinstall it, the app will be automatically updated.
3. Try to connect your phone to your DVR again:

- Open the DIRECTV app.
- Tap the Browse for TV - a remote control icon appears in the top right corner.
- Tap the remote control icon.
- Select Receiver pair or connect your device.
- Follow the prompts to complete the set up.

Same issue.  I have a new iPad mini on iOS 15 and it won’t register with the DVR.  My old iPad on iOS 14.8 registers without a problem.  I’m extremely frustrated.  I called DirecTV over a week ago, escalating the issue to a supervisor.  Called again tonight and no help or even recognition of this apparently known issue.  I am at a loss.  The main reason I got the new device was to be able to download my recorded shows.  Please help!
