Colorado Springs PBS signal cut off on sides
KTSC-DT channel 8-1 is broadcast in Colorado Springs as a 16:9 image. But when I get it on my DirectTV channel, it is cut off on the sides to present a 4:3 image in the center of the screen with black bars on the sides. I'm missing information that is included in that area. Can you change to present the entire picture as broadcast please?
