Commercial Mode

My cable seems to have flipped to "Commercial Mode".   In this mode it does not allow me to view any cable channels.  I have never had this issue before.  Frankly, I had never heard of "Commercial Mode" before today.

DTV business accounts don't allow recording of shows and AFAIK it is not called commercial mode.  Are you sure you in the correct forum?
