Commercials are interrupting the shows on MSNBC

Unfortunately, as you have contacted a public forum, we are customers just like you so we wouldn’t be able to change something or notify the right department to get this concern out through. However, you can try calling DIRECTV and tell them about it. Their number is below in my greeting.

@ggoldsmith maybe but probably unlikely. The best thing to do would be to call and express your concern. If they don’t seem to care or don’t address the issue, you can try asking for the retention department and tell that agent. Since the retention department is asked for when one wants to cancel, the agent will try their best to get your issue fixed.

Is it happening in all your receivers? Please let us know, so we can confirm if it's an issue from the broadcaster or DIRECTV.

At the moment, we can try to reset your DIRECTV receiver.
