Content cannot be played

Hi,

when I try to stream from my mobile devise it is giving me the content cannot be played right now error.

Are you a DirecTV Satellite or DirecTV Stream customer?

So these are movies that you recorded on your DVR and are trying to stream to your iPhone, right? That feature doesn't work in the current version of the DirecTV App. Who knows when or if it will ever be fixed?

Unless you are using the older ‘DIRECTV on the Go’ application, there’s no way you’ll be able to stream a DVR playlist on the newer app right now. Everyone else has been having issues because there are bugs. I think you may be able to get these Hallmark movies on-demand, but if not, you’ll just have to wait it out like the rest of us.
