Copy DVR to new DVR

I currently have a HR21 that is failing.  Directv has sent me a new one to replace the failing one.  Is there a way to copy the movies from the old hard drive to the new one so that I don't lose everything I have collected over the past 3 years?  What about copying the scheduler as well?  Any help??
