Cozi is a sub-channel, something DirecTV doesn't carry in most areas. Check www.directv.com/locals to see what you get and DIRECTV Channel Lineup List (att.com) for the main channels.
For sub-channels, or any other local DirecTV doesn't carry, a regular antenna is the alternative.
