We are missing channels but when I go to the link for credit, it does not show available for my account. Unsure why.

The DirecTV message about it being unavailable due to disputes with Nexstar is what shows up when going to the certain channels that are missing. Thank you for replying. Not sure if I will call or not as sometimes being bounced around and being put on hold over and over may not be worth it, lol.
