CW isn’t in HD in Cincinnati

Yeah, thanks for responding. I’ve done all that. All the other Local channels, and other channels are in HDTV. I even paid extra for not only HD but for 4K and your Company is only offering 3 channels in 4K. And sometimes I don’t even get channel 104, 105 or 106 because you’re showing a game or something else. Why should I pay extra to AT&T (DIRECTV?) if I’m not getting those channels? I’ve been told by your Customer Service that You all are going to get more Channels in 4K. It’s been 5 years! C’mon Man! The “process of elimination” is all your other channels locally are coming in HDTV but one channel only one the CW is Standard Definition then it’s either DIRECTV or the Network that is at fault! And when Customers like myself complain and nothing is being done to fix the issue in 5 years, then it’s time to move on. I did get the CW in HD in Port Richey Florida so I would assume it’s with DIRECTV that’s at fault. I mean DIRECTV doesn’t even show the CW on their streaming service here in Ohio! Really? WOW! I subscribe to YouTube TV just so I can get a better picture on the CW. When the CW app & The picture is better on different Streaming Apps then the issue lies with DIRECTV!
