Cyberlink site not working?

wow, how frustrating.... i'm just trying to reinstall the app... really, just that.

thus far:

1 - when i try to install, i get "activation key usage limit reached". i have two keys for one email address... can you activate only once with a key?

2 - when i try to enter my information for another key (and i use a different email address), i get routed to a "We're sorry but the request could not be processed." page on the cyberlink site. is the site down?

any help would be greatly appreciated.... not trying to do anything complex here, just *reinstall an application*....
