What do you mean by ‘continue watching’ show? Was it on-demand or DVR recorded content? Simply press the ‘LIST’ button on your remote, look for the show, and delete it using the red color on the remote.
I have the same problem. I had House Hunters International automatically recorded for me. Now I can't delete it in Continue Watching. I've deleted all episodes in my Library. I fast forward through the Continue Watching episode but it automatically goes to another episode not shown in My Library.

There is no way to delete the auto play of the next episode.
