different zip code lineup/Guide

when in a different state/area can I access that areas' "Guide" channel lineup on my computer by changing the 'Guide' zip code?

No. Locals are based on your account address. When streaming DirecTV on a computer most locals are only available when on your home network. (e.g. when I am home I can see my locals on my smartphone, but once I travel channel 202 is the lowest channel I receive).
