Digital track service options

When trying to turn my captioning on I'm by mistake I clicked on digital track and changed it but I don't know what it was originally said on Service 4,5 or 1, or none of the above.  I don't want to mess up my display options and captions and i'm afraid i will if i don't find out to get it back to where it was.
