DireccTV / Watching Online / Adobe Flash / Chrome

Chrome will no longer support Adobe Flash after 12/31/2020.  Is there or will there be an alternative to watch online on my Windows computer?  I have also noticed that the flash player is very taxing on my computer - does not have smooth graphics.  When watching Netflix / Hulu / ... there are no streaming issues.  Only with the Adobe Flash Player.

Streaming services change the resolution to fit your bandwidth.  DTV sends On Demand in the format it was made in.

AT&T has stated in posts here that they are working on it and most likely will have a replacement by Dec.

Hello @Shall79651

Let’s discuss the Adobe Flash Player.

While we are aware of the end of life of the Adobe Flash service and are working towards a resolution we have not yet released any official statements on this, however I will get this concern to the appropriate group to hopefully get a response released ASAP.

You mentioned you were having some quality issues with the Adobe Flash Player for this we recommend visiting Adobes support page to troubleshoot the issue.

We hope this helps @Shall79651, please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
