Direct TV app not working for me

I got a new cell phone and got the app set back up on this phone. App coming up, searching fine. Pick a show that starts to play and it is just black. Commercials play but that is all. What can I do?! Also my DVR will not link when it would before.

What device are you using? What error message are you getting?

To get started, we suggest that you clear cache on your device, uninstall the app, restart device, reinstall the all and then try to login to see if it works.
