Direct Tv app unknown error

On both iPhone and iPad.  App crashed and says unknown error.  Sends you to App Store for the app.  Updated both ios versions and direct tv app to latest version and still does the same thing.

very annoying, been like this for two weeks.  I like direct for a few features, but it really feels like att wants to be known for bad service and worse customer service.

Yeah I have been with same issues. As you said DTV was top notch as far as custom service, programs and features but over the last year or two I have had so many issues. Seriously considering becoming a cord cutter or whatever...
