Why can't anybody sign into the app this is very frustrating and y'all are no help in solving the problem I've been a good customer for 4 years thinking of switching companies if we can't depend on tech support why use y'all

Have you tried reinstalling the app? Have you cleared cache and cookies? Are you able to sign into your myAT&T?
We recommend reinstalling the app, clearing cache and cookies to troubleshoot your DirecTv app.
