Direct TV at hotels HBO audio static
Why is this even a problem that isn't fixed yet so as to actually provide in a way that can be received and ultimately viewed and enjoyed by me? I have had same problem with HBO audio static akin to my friend's drone flying footage at two different hotels in California. This hotel has several channels with no programming just a display of a direct tv screen saver or else I wouldn't be aware of what service was providing HBO. The other channels that are available have no problem with video or audio. It feels extremely odd to feel the need to inquire about the quality of the audio specifically on the HBO channel when I make future hotel reservations. It also disappoints me that HBO Latino comes in fine. But it doesn't have the show I wanted to watch and I don't understand Spanish.

We understand how important it's for you be able to enjoy the DIRECTV programming with no issues, and get the most out of HBO MAX. Since you mentioned this is happening at a hotel, our recommendation is to contact the hotel's administration, so they can contact us to work on a fix together.

DTV doesn't install in Hotels/Motels that is done by MDU companies.
