Direct TV on my phone

I’m not sure if my package includes watching Direct TV on my phone. I tried watching it and it says it’s on my tv.

Most accounts have access to stream the content in their package through the app or online at directv.com/entertainment. However, not all the content you subscribe to will be available in the app or online, and only some content is available if you are away from the registered service address. You can learn more about the app and streaming online in our support center.

What were you trying to watch when you got the error? Were you able to sign into the app with your AT&T User ID?
