Directv app crashes on opening
The Directv app on my Samsung tablet stopped working a few months ago. It crashes immediately upon opening. I've deleted the app & reinstalled. My tablet is up to date (Galaxy Tab A7, Android version 11). I haven't gotten any help from Directv - anyone find a fix for this? Maybe an issue with an update to the tablet? - it worked on this tablet previously.

Pixel users are also complaining about a variety of other problems including connectivity issues, issues with first and third-party applications, abnormal battery drain, UI lag, sound issues, multitasking problems, issues with media controls, and a whole lot more.
I believe it is not with the app - but if you have a device that has a lower android version than 11 try to download the DTV app and try to open if it work with no problem that means its with the android version but if same error happen please contact DTV at 800-531-5000 so that they can create an Network Escalation Ticket.

Does it work properly in a different device?

Did you ever resolve the problem. Im still having issue of crashing when opening. Nobody seems to know the cause. Im getting fed up with att. My lg velvet phone was 3 or 4 months old when they updated in july or august and thats when the problem started
