DirecTV App Doesn’t Work!!!!!
I have had this issue for over a year+ now. Won’t sign into the DirecTV app because the password or login can’t be found in the account. Funny how I can log into the AT&T app to pay the bill and monitor usage. Works fine there but not for DirecTV... OH, I know why, because that app works to the benefit of the corporate overlord. God forbid AT&T be inconvenienced with non paying customers, but the same company can prevent entertaining apps from working for its customers. I have reset my password numerous times, talked to I don’t know how many techs, that in my opinion don’t know the difference between the AT&T architecture and their 4th point of contact. I continue to see commercials for this wonderful option that I cannot use. I have a ”Just OK” service that is in complete contradiction with the advertising campaign that I currently see. THIS IS NOT JUST OK! Just plain mad and disgusted with the service, using this as a last resort before exploring other providers.
I feel as if I am at a concert and the performers on stage are just singing and not moving. Hmmm.... seems like I have seen something like this lately...OH YEAH, It’s NOT OK!!!
