Directv App Galaxy S2 Tablet issues

The app was working a few days ago, Although some of playlist was missing.  Now tablet (Samsung Galaxy S2, model SM-T810) won't connect to DVR (HR 54 Genie).  I've uninstalled reinstalled, twice! It does work on my Moto Z4 cell, now. I unstalled reinstalled there too. While trying to connect on cell, I had option to manually insert IP addy. Yeah! works.  There is no option on the tablet to enter the IP addy. So I went to app settings on tablet. Under receiver control, it shows four old receivers that were upgraded in Aug to Genie & 3 minis. When i click on "On DVR" in the app, it reads "Your DVR Playlist is currently unavailable out of home". It is connected to home network, I checked.

Can anyone help? App is now telling me receiver is already streaming to another mobile device, it is not!!

THis app still is wonky. Full play list doesn't show. I can get some records to play others I get a message I'm streaming to another mobile device. 


NEED HELP?
