Directv app log in problem

Hello!

for the past day, I have been having an issue signing into the directv app on my iPhone. Every few days I get the log in screen telling me my password is expired. (I know it’s not) it won’t let me sign in without changing my password. Is there anyway around this. I’m pretty sure that I am using the Directv satellite app because whenever I launch TV d app it prompts me to use the other one and I can always bypass it. I just want to be able to log into the app again!

Does this issue occur on other devices or perhaps when you log onto your online account? In any event, it’s best you call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘sign-in help’ to the robot to be sent to the right department.

I’ll have to see if signing into other things gives me the same issue.

Thanks for helping! I was able to log in to the website, and when I went back to the app, it let me log in. Thanks!
