Directv App Not working on Samsung 10e and 21 phones

For some reason sandblaster marked the question as a duplicate and it's closed the message. If you are going to do that at least can you give me the answer.  

For the last few weeks on my Samsung 10e and 21 phones I get error 300002 where the user id is not synced. Can anyone get my past this error since clearly AT&T does not know how to resolve their own issue? Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Yes I have turned the  phones on and off. Nothing works. Additionally I tried following the instructions to unlink my mobile and direct tv accounts however that doesn't work either without me calling AT&T and waiting 3-5 days for them to unlink the accounts.

You would need to call DTV at 800-531-5000 or try installing the app on a different phone and see if that works. You can also try installing an APK of an older version.
