Directv app not working. Throws unknown error while loading.

Throws unknown error while loading. Tried a apple device and android device. Same error. was working a few days ago.

I’m dealing with this same problem on my iPad and iPhone. This started after the recent update. I have spoken to tech support several times without an answer. The last conversation I had the tech was forwarding this on to second level support 2 days ago and I have not received any call back. My disabled daughter relies on here iPad to watch TV, which has been unavailable for a week now.
