Directv credentials do not work on Bally Sports App

When I use the Bally App and try to use my directv credentials to log in, I receive the following error message.

I can't watch any of the Predators and Grizzlies games on the Directv App, either. Bally is the only option and they blame Directv.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please provide us with more details so we can better address your concerns

What is the error code you are getting?
Have you tried to change your password and re-sync your account to see if after you will be able to login afterwards.
What else do you observe when you try to login after performing the step above?
