DIRECTV Error Code 409
My internet provider is ATT, and my DIRECTV receiver (HR44-700) says it's connected via WiFi, but I'm having trouble downloading and streaming OnDemand programs. In addition, when I try to utilize my TV applications, I receive the following message: TV Apps is still initializing. Please try again later. 409 Error Code
This has been an ongoing issue for over a week and I have called DIRECTV twice already. I'm told that the issue is being escalated but the timetable to determine the cause and resolution is unknown.
I don't think the problem has anything to do with my internet because all other devices are connected and working properly.
