DirecTV For Business App keeps losing IP of DTV receivers

Hello. We have a business with eight (8) receivers and the DirecTV For Business app on our iPads keeps losing the IP information whenever the app is closed, or when the ipad loses power or it's wifi connection. If the app closes for any reason for any amount of time the information is lost.

Is there a solution to this?

Which iPad Model is it? Is the DIRECTV for BUSINESS application fully updated on the device? Moreover, is the iPad on the latest version of iOS, and does it have a reliable Wi-Fi connection?

iPad 9th Gen - 17.4.1 OS - DTV app V 2.4.001 (2.4.001)

Wifi is absolutely reliable everywhere on site.

Everything seems to check out. I’d contact your DIRECTV dealer for your business to try and see what they recommend.
