Directv iPAD App - Recorded Shows

I noticed recently that not all of the episodes of shows I have record on my DVR are available for viewing on my iPAD. Can you please provide the new rules on how long/how many episodes that I have recorded that I can watch on my iPAD? It is very frustrating that I am not able to view my content as I have recorded them.

@Dunkerts the model receiver HR44 or HR54 is required in order to watch recordings on an iPad over a 30 day period. 

The Genie receiver should be connected to the same Internet as your iPad. If it is, give the Genie a red button reset on the front where it says "PRESS" or the right side where the access card is. 

If the red reset does not solve the issue, try logging back into your DIRECTV account on the iPad and reinstalling the DIRECTV application. It is worth noting that the app should be fully updated to the latest release.
