DirecTV mobile app on iPhone is only showing 7 channels.

Just to let you know, DIRECTV satellite is service over satellite and you shouldn’t have signed up solely for watching on the go. I would have recommended you sign up for directv stream since that is the main source of watching your TV, both on the go (over the Internet) as well as through streaming devices like Fire Sticks, Rokus, or Apple TVs.

Is the app updated to the latest version? What seven channels are showing up on the app? What iPhone do you have and is it on the latest IOS software? Has this been an issue in the past? Do you also have issues accessing your content through the app on another phone or tablet?

We unfortunately don't get strong enough internet service which is why I didn't get stream. I have data on my phone so when I am away from my home, I wanted to be able to watch TV. I have a coworker who has no internet at her home at all but has mobile data on her phone and has the app and she gets all her channels on her phone when she is away from her house. I have the iPhone 13, IOS is updated to the latest there is. We have tried the app on other mobile devices and it is doing the same thing. 

I’m a new directtv satellite subscriber and can only stream 7 channels. Is that all of the channels I will be able to watch on the go?
