Directv mobile app

Got new phone .. downloaded app..everything working good except missing a few channels like vice and history ....when I go to all channels they are there but unable to play, saying content restricted watch different channel

The website is https://directv.com/channel-opt-in but I've heard it may not work all that well.  Nothing ventured...

As of yesterday vice and history where moved to different channel packages, DTV sent out notices and setup a website to opt in to keep them in your package unknown if you can still call or go to the website to do it.
