Directv2pc and port forwarding on a Westell Model # D90-327W15-06 modem/router

I now have directv2pc on my computer and have the HD-DVR-HR22-100 receiver connected to my Westell modem/router using a wired connection. I have no problem watching anything that I have downloaded to the receiver on my pc. When I go to my Westell modem/router and connect to it, and go to the submenu port forwarding, I now see that under Host Device, 2 entries that say directv-hr22-2408af34.
My question is do these 2 entries have to be there under the Host Device or can I remove them without causing any problems to the Directv2pc program and still be able to watch whatever programs that are on my receiver on my pc?????

Those 2 entries seem to be creating a problem for me when I try and use my modem/router to connect to a site that I was able to connect to before I installed the Directv2pc program.
