DIRECTV2PC will now download and install....

I downloaded DIRECTV2PC a while ago and it worked great until about 3 weeks ago.  Now, every time I open it I get this message:

DIRECTV2PC will now download and install the components required to play DIRECTV content from your DVR.

If I leave that window open nothing ever happens.  However, if I wait a while and then close it and open it again sometimes it will start working.  Other times I have to restart the program several times.  If that doesn't work sometimes a restart will.  It's gotten to be very frustrating.  I have attached a screen shot.

Anyone have any advice? I haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling yet.
