DirecTV.com and Directv Ipad application login problems.
I can log into my AT&T account (via the internet) and view my account information (including my DIRECTV account info). I cannot log into either my DIRECTV iPad application or my DIRECTV.com account using the same user ID and password. I have tried resetting my DIRECTV password but no joy.
When I try to log into my DIRECTV.com account I get a brief message saying I am being logged in and then it goes back to the login page. No error messages are displayed.
When I try to log into my DIRECTV iPad application I get the following error message "We couldn't find the email address/AT&T Access ID and password combination on file. Please try entering you info again".

Let's help get you logged in, @acates12.
Have you done any email troubleshooting? Are you using the same password you logged into your AT&T account, to log into your DirecTV.com? Did you clear cache and cookies? Did you try using another browser or device to log in?
