DirecTV.com and Directv Ipad application login problems.

I can log into my AT&T account (via the internet) and view my account information (including my DIRECTV account info). I cannot log into either my DIRECTV iPad application or my DIRECTV.com account using the same user ID and password. I have tried resetting my DIRECTV password but no joy.

When I try to log into my DIRECTV.com account I get a brief message saying I am being logged in and then it goes back to the login page. No error messages are displayed.

When I try to log into my DIRECTV iPad application I get the following error message "We couldn't find the email address/AT&T Access ID and password combination on file. Please try entering you info again".

Let's help get you logged in, @acates12.

 

 

Have you done any email troubleshooting? Are you using the same password you logged into your AT&T account, to log into your DirecTV.com? Did you clear cache and cookies? Did you try using another browser or device to log in?

I have tried all of the trouble shooting suggestions. I have tried logging into Directv.com on three different devices using a total of five different web browsers. I am using the same user ID and password I use to sign into my AT&T.com account.

I have reached out to Directv.com help desk. They were not able to solve my problem so they have started a repair ticket and sent it further up the chain.

was on hold with the digital assistance center (i think that's the name) for over an hour and then disconnected. Pretty bad customer expereince so far.
