DirecTV/Nexstar Dispute
I live in Tennessee and am missing a of my favorites programs. When are we getting our channels back. I pay for my local channels and can't watch them. Maybe it's time to find another carrier.

Hello. We would love to keep you as a customer. Nexstar, the nation's largest local TV broadcaster, is seeking significantly higher rates from our customers. We strive for this not to affect you as a customer. However, you can still enjoy many of your favorite shows from the local station or national network websites and through popular apps or streaming devices. We apologize for any inconvenience during this period. We are working with Nexstar toward a compromise to return its channels to our platforms as soon as possible, we do not have a specific time. For more information, please visit TVPromise.com. Sergio, DIRECTV Community Specialist

I tried watching on you tube but whoever recorded the show done an awful job. Showing the sides of faces, the walls, tops of heads, and half way through the show was recorded from the start. I tried going to other websites but I would have to subscribe, create an account, or pay to watch. I shouldn't have to pay for something I am already paying for. It's a mess and your customers are taking the brunt of it all.

And that is what Nexstar wants, you to be mad at the TV providers so they cave and pay their inflated fees when they could have left the feeds on while they continue to talk instead of being mad at them.

I totally understand that DTV is working to prevent higher prices and I applaud them for fighting for us. As such, customers should have a way to watch our programing without having to subscribe, join, or pay to watch. Just saying.
