how are your HDDVR's connected tot eh internet?

On one of your HD DVR's press and hold the info button on the remote then select more system info. Scroll down and confirm that Internet shows as connected. If so, temporarily disable your computer firewall and do a red button reset on the HD DVR. Following that open Directv2PC and do a search as though seeking a new DVR.
