Does the iPad NFL Sunday Ticket app work in Europe?

I am going to Europe for a couple of weeks and am curious if the NFL Sunday Ticket iPad app works over there. Anyone know?

Also, if it does work...will it allow me to watch games from my home city (normally if they are broadcast on TV locally, then you can't view them on the iPad but I don't know if the home market is based on your DirecTV account information or on your actual geo-location).
