DTV APP NOTWORKING CORRECTLY ON IPAD AND ANDROID DEVICES

I am able to sign in to the app and watch live TV and older recordings from the DVR. But I can't get the app to connect to the DVR for several months on both the iPad and Samsung phone. It continues to say the DVR is "Not Connected". I have downloaded the update and reinstalled it several times along with calling tech support. Also all of my receivers on my online account show "Not Connected" as well and can't seem to fix that either. I only have one home wifi and the DVR is connected with a great connection. At my wits end on this and about to switch away from DTV!
Hope someone can help.

What is the receiver model? Have you verified connection to the Internet by rerunning Internet Setup and making sure it does a successful connection? How is your receiver connected to the Internet? If both the online account and app show that DVR as ‘Not Connected’ then something is wrong.

I have the HR44. All is good on the home side. Ethernet connection is great and I can watch any show on any TV. I have reset all receivers on my account several times but to no avail. There only seems to be a disconnect with the app. My Samsung did connect to the DVR a few months ago but not anymore.


NEED HELP?
