Episodes are not loaded correctly
Direct Tv takes forever to load up tv shows and some are labeled wrong. Ready to Love on Own Network is still missing part 2. Y’all have it listed Part 1 reunion listed as part 2. There is no part 2 truly available. The Encore on BET only have 2 episodes available when several have already aired. They should be loaded on On Demand whether using iPad or tv. This is awful, I have checked for weeks.

Can this be submitted to the right department to help fix. This happens a lot with Direct Tv

DTV has always taken a day or 2 to load the guide data from the sats when it has been dumped. DTV has no control over what the On Demand channels or what the sat channels provide and they buy the guide data from a third party guide maker.

So basically ,Directv can’t do anything to rectify this issue ....even if it’s a “third party” . ? An issue that happens way to often. Never experienced with xfinity . Thank you

No TV provider has any control over a channels or their On Demand programing.
