Error 13, 301, 22
I recently bought the DirecTV adapter kit in order to access on Demand. I have a Netgear Wireless Router, which is working perfectly fine. I have reset and retried to instal this thing multiple times and am now on a first name basis with everyone in technical support. I have been getting a variety of error messages ranging from 13 to 22 to 301. WTH?!?! So far, the most meaningful advice I've been given was to pay Geek Squad $150 to fix it. I'm beond frustrated and really am not in the mood to shell out that much money ($250 all told) for a toy. Any ideas to get it up and rolling. One technical support guy said I needed to do something to the security settings on my receiver, but I can't even find that as an option on any receiver menu. HELP!
