ERROR 22 Is making me insane
Ok, can someone please please help me. DirecTV is NO help. They just tell me to call the geek squad. I refuse to spend anymore money on this stuff. Here is what I have:
HR21-700 HD DVR DirecTV receiver
Westell versaLink modem model # 327W
I'm running an Ethernet Cable from the modem to the back of the DVR. Have done all the troubleshooting tips per DirecTV...restored to default setting, rebooted both DVR and modem.
Any ideas from here? I am not computer savvy, so please keep your directions simple or very explicit. BTW, I have tested the cable and it seems to be fine. I took the same Ethernet cable and plugged it into the back of my Samsung TV and was able to get INFOLINK, and also plugged the same cable into the back of my Samsung BluRay and got Netflix, Pandora, etc to work....
This is driving me insane.
