What is your receiver model? Have you tried a red reset button on the receiver? This is on the side where the access card is for the HR54 series or where it says 'PRESS' on the front. Is your receiver updated to the newest software? If so, you may try doing a Keyword search for 'CLEARMYBOX' which will remove all 'cobwebs' and glitches from the receiver.

In order to be in the same page, is this issue happening in all channels and shows?

 

In the meantime, let's try resetting your receiver to refresh your signal and fix common issues like pixilation, bad picture, or trouble with sound.

Thanks, detuch254. I followed your advice and reset my receiver. Seems to have resolved the problem. Fingers crossed.
